We can customise any design according to your requirements and create a truly unique wall mural. Do you have a design or idea you would like to make into a wallpaper? We'll gladly scan and edit your images on request. Most important, our wall murals are not limited to a particular number of colours or patterns, which means that we can make the wall mural especially for you as well as having our own designs from our images bank.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, you may select guess checkout however if you register with us you may be entitled to receive benefits and promotions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with Debit Card / Credit Card / Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

All payments are handled by a secure service provider. We will not handle or store any card information.

What shipping methods do you provide?

The shipping method we provide is via UPS Express.

Delivery time: 3-6 working days depending on where you live.

Sent directly to your house or business in your country. Subject to any delays in shipping company.

What is your return policy?

The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall which means it cannot be used on other walls and cannot be returned. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start assembling the wallpaper and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. This guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn't apply in a case of incorrect measurements and will only apply in the case of production defects. If you have questions or are not satisfied with your wallpaper, please contact us and we will find a solution for you. The product guarantee covers only the initial error, i.e errors contained in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.

It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use the supplied adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.

We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product being damaged, faulty or defective. It is up to the customer to check the product before assembling it.

Can I order samples?

Yes, you can order samples from our standard assortment (designs from the image bank) please note wall murals with special effects are not available as samples.

Select a mural in our assortment and press the button "order sample" on it's product page. Our samples are A3-sized (tabloid/ledger) with a downscaled version of the full design and will give you a good feel for the colours and material.

How do I measure my wall?

1. Measure the width and height of the complete wall.

2. If any section of the wall has different heights, measure the highest point to cover the whole wall.

3. The wallpaper is printed in the exact measurements, so always add a minimum of 5 cm (2 inches) to the width and height measurements if the wall is uneven.

What size should I specify when ordering wallpaper?

All our wall murals are custom made so you can order as many as square meters/feet as you need to cover your wall. Though, there is a size limit of 10 m x 10 m (1000 cm x 1000 cm or 32' x 32') for web orders. If you would like to order more, please contact us and we will help you manually. Select a mural in our assortment and press "add to cart" then enter the width and height of your wall to preview how the mural will look on the wall. Add around 5 cm (2 inches) as a margin for leaning walls.

Can I make my own wallpaper from an image?

Yes, if you have a photo on your computer or smartphone, you can upload the image and we will contact you to discuss the final product.

What is the width of each wallpaper length?

All our wallpapers are produced on 45 cm (17 3/4 inch) wide lengths. Each length will be marked in numerical order, making it easy for you to know which order to put them up.

What's the minimum order size?

We can make wall murals in any dimensions, but the minimum price is 3 m2 (32 sq ft), even if you buy less.
