Shipping

We ship to the UK and Europe. Shipping is always free when we send your order with UPS Standard. If you need express delivery, we can use UPS Express with a next day delivery service for an extra cost. Depending on your country, local customs and duties may apply. 

Delivery Time

UK & EU: 3-6 working days depending on where you live. This is the same for delivering samples.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible as the sooner you contact us regarding a change of delivery address, the sooner we can help.  To do this simply reply to the order confirmation or contact us via our website. We can deliver to your home address, office/business address or to any address specified by you upon completing the order. Once we have delivered your order to the courier you will receive an email with tracking information. We will always include wallpaper paste in your order. 

Returns
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall which means it cannot be used on other walls and cannot be returned. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start assembling the wallpaper and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. This guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn't apply in a case of incorrect measurements and will only apply in the case of production defects. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your wallpaper, please contact us and we will find a solution for you. The product guarantee covers only the initial error, i.e errors contained in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge. 

It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use the supplied adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers. 

We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product being damaged, faulty or defective. It is up to the customer to check the product before assembling it.
