Wallpapers purchased on the website are manufactured by Rebel Walls factory in Sweden and sent without intermediaries to you or your business. We offer options for free delivery.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please save the order confirmation which includes your customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
UPS Express
Delivery Time: 3-6 working days depending on where you live. Sent directly to your house or business in your Country, subject to any delays in shipping companies.

Returns & Complaints
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall which means it cannot be used on other walls and cannot be returned. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start assembling the wallpaper and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. This guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn't apply in a case of incorrect measurements and will only apply in the case of production defects. If you have questions or are not satisfied with your wallpaper, please contact us and we will find a solution for you. The product guarantee covers only the initial error, i.e errors contained in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.
It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use the supplied adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.
We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product being damaged, faulty or defective. It is up to the customer to check the product before assembling it.
